Selecting Contacts

The ability to select and perform actions on individual contacts, rather than a filtered group, allows you to have more granular control over your contact management. This function is particularly useful when your task pertains to a specific set of contacts, and not a larger, more generalized group.
To utilize this function, navigate to the Contact Manager by clicking Contacts > My Contacts.
Once you're on this page, look for the checkboxes next to each contact's name. You can select the contacts you want to manage individually by clicking these boxes. As you select contacts, you will notice that the Actions menu will populate with additional items that weren't visible before.
These additional actions include but aren't limited to:
- Sending Emails: Compose a personalized email to the selected contacts directly from the platform.
- Sending Texts: Write and send a text message to the selected contacts, assuming you have their mobile numbers in the system.
